CAN FLY ! Ha ha ha
With a leap I
soar forever with hope
But truly only a second
Before I come crashing down
In a rush against the wind
And all things natural
This collision creates friction internally
My heart feels like a pounding hammer
Against my chest
Continuing on through my head and brain
The holder of food
Resting in my middle
Turns and swirls
Until it has moved into my neck
All is erratic
All is quick slow motion
Torn in two
I believe I could do something
But nothing happens
For there is nothing I can do
But await my fate
Which happens sooner
Than I could ever expect
I collide abruptly
In the meeting of my final destination the ground
The impact is hard
Causing a wave of uncertainty and dizziness
I begin to run
There is no time to waste
I must tell everyone
How I can fly
